Description

An outstanding complete example of what is effectively the oldest complete trilobite that can be found in North America. This 3.1 cm Eofallotaspis sp. is found in the lower reaches of the Montenegro member of the Campito Formation in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The specimen has a nice orange color and natural calcified exoskeleton. Note the web formed axial nodes and the large crescent shaped eyes. This is a good example  of a very rare trilobite.
