Description
A more rare species of Elrathia marjumi trilobite from the “Pierson Cove Formation” of the Drum Mountains, Utah. These trilobites occur in harder rock and feature minute differences from their more common Elrathia kingii cousin. Most of the differences can be seen in the pygidium along its border. This 1.6 cm specimen sits next to another flattened, enrolled Elrathia marjumi trilobite.
